(b) military
3) do you think the war on terrorism will be successfull?
(a) yes
(b) no
4) should the hunt for bin laden continue?
(a) yes
(b) no
5) should bush continue what he is doing to eliminate terrorism?
(a) yes
(b) no
=====================================================
1. No, Iraq had nothing to do with Terrorism in the United States, and Bush pushed to accusse Saddam without regard to fact, see Downing Street Memo* as one piece of evidence.
2. Education, don't think this would need an explanation.
3. No, this is a tricky question, but with our current tactics, pursuing War with Iraq will only create more insurgents. Think how long conflict with Israelis and Palestines of the Middle East has been going on as an example.
4. Yes, Bin Laden committed crimes against the United States, and must be brought to justice. Unfortunately this will be very difficult.
5. Elaborating on 3., the Iraqi nation needs to be stablized. This will be a long process of rebuilding and ultimately demoralizing for the Iraqi people, for a foreign nation to come into their country to build it for them. By aiding and using native citizens of Iraq, the military could uncover more insurgents. Gain Iraqi trust, win the "hearts and minds" something thats not exactly being done right now.
