not in order.. i wish I had a #1 favorite band, but i dont... nirvana used to be my #1 around 1994, and then metallica was my #1 for a while til they got all crappy. since then, no particular band is my #1, just lots of favorites.

a friend of mine likes that kind of music too. he also likes "the mars volta" and "the killers" or something like that. and "the smiths." bands i dont know much about. he did give me a cassette but my only cassette player is in my car, which i havent used much since school is out.
