so like new years is a week or something away, what ya'll planning to do differently next year?

Drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day for atleast a month. My friend started doing it and she said it feels really good.

So far, my new year's resolution is to stop biting my nails. I say that every year, and usually fail, but I actually had them looking really nice over the summer. School makes me bite them though. Other than that, I'll be continuing to get in better shape. At least I've done well this year in that department!

Have you tried chewing gum when you want to bite them? I did that and now I don't bite them and I don't chew gum anymore either lol...

Sunshine I know you will never stop bite your nails. Why? cuzz my wife still bites her nail even we been married for almost 6 years (Feb 26,2000) #-o so no matter I tell her to stop bite her nails she still does it. So good luck trying to stop.

anyways mine would be to try and go to church at least 3-4 times a year. Went tonight and it made me remember how long it has actually been sence i went :P so thats about it
