Finally! U.S. Fantasy Comes True!



Just yesterday a whole bunch of yanks got a little upset when we revealed that Europe was going to be seeing the UMD and DVD of last year’s Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children before it came to the States. While that is still true, American fans can relax a bit as it was announced today that FF: AC would be released in the U.S. just a day after the European release, April 25th. Aside from that, we have a voice cast list announcement as well – surprisingly (or maybe not so much) many of these actors are also voicing some of the same characters in the other Square-Enix franchise, Kingdom Hearts:

True fans won’t want to pass up on the DVD version since it will be a 2–disc set with a bonus DVD containing a story digest, deleted scenes, a “making of” featurette, and footage from the debut at the 2004 Venice Film Festival. You can also catch glimpses of the other upcoming games based in the FFVII universe. Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children DVD will retail for $26.96 and is rated PG-13.
