read the whole thing, and when I say whole thing read all "the maggot" pages too. There's no nsfw pics, but the text is definitely nsfw and not something you want in your cache where any normal decent person might find it.

Am I the only one who finds this interesting? A teenage girl, who is obviously insane, puts maggots in her vagina for several days, doesn't leave her room the entire time, and one day wakes up in a hospital with a chance of dying. This is like the best thing I've read since Harry Potter.
