Korn can kiss my ass.. but i definatly wanna hear the deftones.. they are my fav band of all time.. and i would love to hear "Beware the water" live.. such a bad ass song.. i think deftones finally found the sound they were looking for.. kind of a mix between Around the fur and White pony.. i cant wait for thier new album |

Saw The Decemberists in Seattle yesterday. They were really quite good (I was suprised). I'm shocked how popular they're getting. I got the advance leak of their new album and it's the best thing they've done yet. Now that they're on a major label they can get a proper producer and the album is finally mixed properly. Was anyone else there? |

Well the show was ok. 10 yrs was decent. Flyleaf was damn good. Deftones were ok. Played a new song or 2. Korn was rather bad. They were shooting a video for a song and played it 2x. The problem was the song wasnt that good. Half of the 15k fans got up and took off before they were done with the set. Beers were 7$... mixed drinks 9$. It was about 85 outside at 2pm then when stone sour got on it rained like mad. It continued raining till the end of the deftones then just got freaking cold. The venue was on a ski hill so 1/2 the fun was sliding down one of the 3 mud slides. Drunk people + wet hills = fun If the Korn vid ever comes out look to the left crowd and the huge open area is a mud pit... oh yeah, stone sour was prob the best of all the bands |
