Patch 1.15b is now available. Various adjustments including the adjustment on skill and experience points, which were mentioned in "Letter from the Producer III," have been made.

Battle
Adjustment has been made to the amount of party bonuses on skill and experience points for a party with 8 or more members.
Amount of party bonuses awarded per player will now be capped once the number of party members reaches 8 and will decrease by having more members.


Items
Experience points gained through synthesis have been generally reduced.
* However, no adjustment has been made on skill points.


Fixed Bugs
Following issues have been addressed.
"Time remaining until anima regeneration," which gets displayed by /clock text command, is incorrect.
Your own /tell message does not get displayed on certain log widget.
During the trade, a Japanese text gets displayed in the widget title.

Well that was anti-climatic.

They changed "alliance"-sized exp to work like it did in FFXI (after 6 members your party bonus was reduced to the equivalent of about 4 members no matter how many people you had), I wondered when they were finally going to do that.

I was thinking the same thing, ket. A party of 15 people could kill a coblyn for 90SP

I'm glad they didn't nerf party SP bonus. 8+ party bonus nerf is fine with me, we don't usually roll that deep anyways.

Thank god! I figured they were talking about experience and not skill points, but they've made typo's before so I was a little worried.

Yah, really glad they didn't reduce the SP for synths. That would have been quite sad.

The big 10 hour maintenance next week is Square Enix Account System maintenance. I really doubt we're getting another patch so soon. They'd have just stuck it together with this meatless one.

they said 2 patches in feb, this is the second one. They also warned that instead of doing huge content patches, they're instead going to do more small things as they become available.
Its not as sexy, but I'd rather have parts of the game fixed asap.

I'm a bit confused since the producer's letter said there was going to be new quests added with the next patch. I assumed they meant the 2nd Feb patch since they hadn't announced 1.15b yet.
