Although it doesn't actually say anywhere, I'm assuming (hoping?) that these achievements are retroactive. It'd be impossible to earn some of them again (such as beating storyline quests) if they weren't. PS: This achievement window looks so bad, lol. Whats with the giant tacky achievement point number.

for real, gonna be pissed if having every quest done (except 2), all camps/nodes reached, and all nm killed (except 1) winds up just getting cleared from memory lol. i can't imagine shit aint gonna carry over, some of the achievements are like "synth 100 level 11-20 items" gay to do if your level 50 already on that craft. and yeah like ket said, you cant redo the main story quests |

If I was a betting man, I'd say the synth 100 rank 11-20 items would not carry over, because I bet they've never tracked that before. Stuff that they can track, like nodes you've reached, NM's you've killed and got a website achievement for, and things of that nature will transfer over just fine. But if they can't verify with any certainty that you did the task, since they didn't keep a tally before, you'll have to redo. WoW achievements acted the same way, and lots of people were quite mad about certain ones requiring people to redo content. |
