Ham is infamous to Windurst's clothcrafting guild. I swear the guy mass-produces Noble's Tunics for Galka. Every Galka I see wearing one is [Ham]-made. He freaks me out irl.

That NM also drops the Rare/EX "substitute" for the Sniper's Ring, Jaeger's Ring. It has, like Acc+4 and Rng Acc+4 with no def penalty...I think.
