they don't, half the time the patch was already there they just wanted to make it so NA's can't get on for a little bit

Haha I don't know what that is, but I'm assuming it's dogshit, because Blizzard's distribution is dogshit, keke.

Everytime i've had to patch I've had to go to someone else seeding it and I've gotten much faster speeds

Blizzards "torrent" runs slower than Molasses in January in the middle of a snow storm in Canada. Hence it trickles... and because its Blizzard...I've named it Flurries (A brief, light snowfall)

Right now, POL is sitting at 113 files left and 9m45s remaining and climbing...I'd take constant slow as all hell download over no forward progress.
