its not really MPK they just stole the mob which isnt against the rules because so to speak to claiming an unclaimed mob even if its just for a second but they shouldnt have let it attacked him if they did steal it

They casted Dia(dot) on a Mob that RNGs sleep bolt to death. Even
though the RNG reclaimed the mob he still died because his strat. was
foiled. Grief tactics = MPK Kthxbye.

This was a mistake, I only casted Dia when we had claim, I had no idea why he lost claim, I thought he had died or zoned. It wasnt until I saw in say "Heal me" that i realized there was some wrong and i tried to cure him but he had died. I tried to apologize and I certianly never intended this to happen. It is all very unfortuanate. Ive apologized there is really nothing more I can do. Thank you.

The GM said he realized it was an unfortunate mistake, and to please be careful in the future. He also thanked me for my cooperation and willingness to smoothe things over sith the other player.

Whatever its lame rng can just spam sleep bolts anyway lol.

Well, no one should be crying about him taking the mob that went unclaimed. If a mob goes unclaimed, it is fair game. Some players choose to be courteous and let the claimer(s) die/wipe before engaging, but not everyone is that generous. However, the bad thing is that after the mob switched claimers, he should have taken hate as soon as possible. If you claim a mob and let it continue to fight a member outside of your party/alliance, then it is considered MPK, which is against ToS. But like Ilm said, its kinda lame that RNGs can spam Sleep Bolts in the 1st place. The proc rate needs to be nerfed. Haha, RNGs gonna kill me for suggesting another nerf. But anyways, Seraph, you were in the wrong. If you had taken hate right away, then I wouldn't see a problem.

P.S. - I have no problem with Mysteryman btw. Thanks for the earring

~.~ its not like i didnt try to take hate from him, you see i used sneak attack and i had on my enmity gear. we were fighting RIGHT at the zone, if his xp meant that much to him he would've zoned. i didnt mean to steal the mob in the first place.

if that was the case why didn't you just umm zone and give it back?
