It's the Rare-only Peacock Charm. The Rare/Ex item is called the Peacock Amulet only found off of Argus. The BCNM, as Rune said is called "Under Observation." It is a Lv40 cap BCNM at Holaris Peak. |

I read on Allakhazam it was going for like 6 million now on some servers  with plenty in AH. But I hear Ifrit hasn't changed at all yet. I wonder what's gonna happen.

I think a lot of players are bazaaring them. One thing is for sure, a lot of players are already horing this BCNM. I see 15-25+ weapon drops in stock for this bcnm at AH. The cool thing is this BCNM only takes 3 players so it's not that hard to organize. |
