I assume it's double middle fingers. Littlejohn wiped us cuz he's not too bright, was kicked from Icefarmers for screwing up for the last time, and got D2'd. He came back and talked some shit in shout, and then lotted on the PLD AF. Keep in mind that we have _never_ seen PLD AF and our PLDs are very deserving of it. Too bad he lost. Not only did he completely ruin his reputation (did he ever have a good one?), but he got nothing out of doing it. The ironic part is, before he came back, there was talk of letting him back in for a "trial" time because everyone felt bad for him. He changed most of our minds real quick by pulling that idiotic stunt.

In general LJ is actually a nice guy, just not very fast on the uptake. This was the last straw when he did what he did during the raid. The main point is that he didn't know what he was doing wrong. He had just become too big of a danger to the raids, so we had him removed. We knew he was a subpar PLD at best when we let him join, but we decided to let him come and try, and some raids was actually servicable. A small screwup here, small screwup there, it just built up over time, then wiping us at the eye platform and not knowing he did anything wrong was the last straw. Yea of course in retrospect(sp?) letting him in and giving him a shot was stupid on my part, but then again if you don't give him the chance to prove himself, you'll never know. Problem happened, problem solved, we all move on ^^

Actually, LJ was almost kicked many times as far as I know. He was never allowed to be main tank or eye tank or any of that. He was always backup.. no, wait, I do remember a time when he was allowd to main tank. It was one of our first Dy-B runs and he started meleeing some orc NMs. He's also done weird, dumb ass stuff like this when he wasn't main -- like meleeing slept mobs to "keep hate off the RDMs". I think the reason he was never kicked was because it was obvious to all that he was trying his hardest, he just wasn't too bright. That's why he was allowed to keep attending. We aren't elitists who boot on the first or second mistake, everyone screws up now and then and what can you do. I think the problem was, this was the last straw. It wasn't just a minor screw up either, he went in and provoke an eye in the middle of about 12 other eyes and everyone got to see what a manaburn party looks like from the opposite angle. Sleepga and double Firaga 3 ftw. His first response to the ensuing chaos was "lolz uber death". After being asked countless times if he had any questions about what we actually do at this point, he made no reply. Then, he said "so I provoked too early". It was blatantly obvious at that point that, from all of our Dy-X raids (and we have done many), he hadn't had any clue of what he was doing. Now, you should also keep in mind that many people (including myself but I'm just a lowly blm who keeps quiet) thought that booting him from the raid at that point and breaking his linkpearl was waay too harsh. I felt bad for the guy cuz he honestly seems really nice and you can tell he tries. However, it was when he came back and said some crap in /shout and lotted the only PLD AF we've ever seen in 20-30 raids was when most people lost their remaining respect and kindness for him. I guess you are right about one thing, it was probably a bad idea and a stupid mistake to have him attend at all since he doesn't seem too bright.. but again, we aren't elitists who were going to kick him after his first mistake many raids ago. If you give people enough chances to prove themselves as an asset, they can usually pull through for you. LJ was the exception. Sorry for the long winded post.

I remember he was the first 75 PLD I ever watched tank (I was 68? PLD). It was the WHM AF3 NM in Fe'Yin. His voke macro had "Provoke ready in 15" after it. I remember asking my LS "why does a 75 PLD still have that in his macro? People don't give a fuck where your voke timer is just use it every 30 seconds, it's useless party spam" (I think I had that figured out by the time I was lvl 40 haha). Then he had "Provoke ready in 3, 2, 1" "Provoke ready" macros. I was rofl irl. He did seem like a nice guy. He just had annoying macros and didn't amaze me with tanking skills. I always talked shit when people had "Provoke ready in 15" even tho alot of people use that...but having "3, 2, 1" is just unreal lol.
