Drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day for atleast a month. My friend started doing it and she said it feels really good.

So far, my new year's resolution is to stop biting my nails. I say that every year, and usually fail, but I actually had them looking really nice over the summer. School makes me bite them though. Other than that, I'll be continuing to get in better shape. At least I've done well this year in that department!
