Kyilen i was refering to that time in Onzozo with Ilm fighting cocks. I flash'd 2-3 times a fight and wasted mana on banishga 2 whenever ES was up ( 265 dmg woot~)

Hmm, I never noticed anything wrong with whm using flash in exp party. Though the only one I ever knew to do it was Rrale. He was the best whm I've ever seen though...in a perma with him for nearly 20 levels I don't think he ever pulled hate off of Arura(pld) with it.

Sure it's funny the first time you see if but after 1-5hrs of seeing it you will go freakin insane! Please if you want to use cool sayings in your marcos please use /echo. Other players can't filter out your spam in a party T_T

I use Flash very often in EXP parties with a Paladin as a tank. The static I'm in had some issues with it when we first started, but after they realized I wasn't getting aggro, it was all good.

If a PLD and WHM stagger their flashes, it's twice as much time that the mob can't hit worth crap. Which means less MP spent casting Cure.

And as a fringe benefit, my Divine Magic is easy to cap.

Hehe with flash i dont mind it so much, but this whm got aggro alot from it. I never used it in exp pts just because well i would banish didnt want to use flash and get hate or something. and honestly i didnt banish often since my divine skill is like 100 and i am lvl 75 :P

As for THF with trick/sneak I dont mind them using it to pull. but when i have been with a thf that does it lower lvls of course, they never get past a chain three because of it. always waiting for it to be ready.

Never used flash in my exp pts and i never will I dont need nor want that extra hate. Its a personal choice

WHM's get an A+ in divine magic. the key to making flash good is actually having the skill capped, lol

my flashes last up to 8-9 seconds on exp mobs, which is usually much longer than pld's flashes. whms get enmity- gear, so hate shouldnt be an issue at all. with ninja tanks we should probly take it easy on the flashing though.

now, if your party is owning mobs with Elegy + Slow, the mob will probly attack 1-2 times max even over 8 seconds.

would like to hear some pld's opinions on this issue.

Does Ballista party count? cause in my last ballista match the person on the opposing team kept using diaga to remove shadows, followed by the RDM's sleepga. needless to say, my team never slept heh

I don't use flash really in exp parties. If I'm with a ninja, most of the time they land Kurayami, so I don't want to erase it and shorten the blind time.

However, if it's a decent party with a solid light skillchain I never hesitate to burst Holy or Banishga II. Too bad my divine magic is like 50 points from cap still.

Whisp flashc an cause a mob to miss 2-3 times for 25 mp, when a mob is hitting for 80-150+ a pop its mana efficent to do so.

Although whoever mentioned Kurayami and blind also has a point.
