Just saw episode 133 and supposedly next weeks 134 will conclude the fight.

Who's going to win? My money is on Naruto. Red demon fox power beats a cursed seal any day.

there is no winner in that battle. it was pretty much even. the story ark is a side storey on kakashi and how he got his sharingan.
During this storey, it tells of how he got his sharingan from his dying comrade as a gift for becoming a jounin. It was implanted to his eye by his other team mate medic.
After this story ark, it jumps to 3 years later(i think it was 2 years, but it could be 2 years. can't remember). Naruto comes back to the villlage stronger, and Sakura is training medicine jutsu from slug lady. She also learns how to use super strength just like the slug lady.


Sasuke goes to oroshimaru, but unfortunately he can't take over his body, because he already had taken over somebody elses body. It takes 3 years approximately to be able to use that forbidden jutsu again.

Now. the akatsuki are on the move, and captures the sand guy, who is now the hokage of the sand country. Naruto and crew are sent in to retrieve him. This is about where it is in the manga right now

sorry about the spoiler but I was pretty angry at the way the fight went.

considering the other members of the Rescue Sasuke team were able to handle the 2nd stage curse seal, well some couldn't but the sand ninjas sure could, I don't understand how Naruto, who has the great fox demon inside him, could possible lose in a contest of pure power.

I think it's pretty dumb.

Lol, it wasn't really a spoiler for me, I'm caught up on the anime and manga, I had actually just finished watching 134 when I read that, haha.

But still, might ruin it for some other people.

I think Naruto lost simply because though the others have the 2nd stage cursed seal, obviously Sasuke is able to gain more potential from it, otherwise Orochimaru would have saved himself time and taken the bodies of one of the others.

i didnt bother reading the posts sep for the first few because i dont want it spoiled for me, i havent really even heared of this show untill a few weeks ago at arims house, one of my friends at school reads the comics but has never seen the show, ever since i saw the lates episode, (133 or w/e) i am totally addicted, that is the first episode i have seen abd the only one i have seen, 30 mins of non stop fighting... kept me glued to the screen the whole time, i am really looking forward to catching up on the story line to see what is actually going on, and i really wana make some signatures with the characters, this show has REALLY got my intrest!

Sasuke is Kishimoto's (or however you spell the creator's name) favourite character, and the he beat out Naruto on all the character polls in Japan. He's the prefered character in the entire series. lol It's really rare for the non-main character to not be a fan fav in Japan in is own series. So, you'll probably see Sasuke become as strong or stronger than Naruto in the manga and anime.

Personally, I like them both for different reasons. Naruto because he never gives up, and Sasuke for the whole avenger thing. Kakashi needs to kick some ass soon ;/ He rocks. Haha.
