Lvl 62.0+1 goldsmith here. I'd cover Synth support ofcourse, but you'll have to bring materials as you have already said you'd do. As with any synth request, no HQ can be guaranteed, but the shades and synth support are always ready to give it a try.
I also offer an insurance plan. 50% of (NQ version's) AH price up front payment, and in the occurance of failure, I refund your 50%, and pay up to another 50% for new materials if it's a crit fail.
62.0+1 doing a lvl20 synth, I'd shit a brick if it crit failed, so I actually wouldn't reccomend it, but just an FYI if you wish to do future business.
