The 4th Stage relic horn "Millenium Horn" is +2 to each song as everyone knows. However, that +2 on Ballad IS INFACT +2 mp to EACH ballad song. Ballad I is now 3 mp a tick, Ballad II is now 4 mp a tick. IRON on Bismarck, an NA LS, has upgraded the horn and has proof that it is indeed 7mp a tick now with both ballads. I'll redo this video this Sunday with him using Soul Voice as well, but until then here's this (Soul Voice + Refresh was 17mp a tick).

Add dalmatica + rdm afv2 + /SMN auto refresh 20 mp a tick lol

i would cry with that much mp regen

right... 1mp/tick each right?

so... +2 MP to each ballad = 7mp/tick

SV Ballad x2 = +14, Refresh +3, Dalmatica +1, AF2 hat +1, /smn +1

14+3+1+1+1=20
