Also try to get arims family to adopt you so your parents cant do anything about where you are. Also im pretty sure your dad is breaking the law by throwing you out when your only 16. Anyway just stand up for yourself bro.

Talk to your friend's dad. This is a shot, but I'm not entirely sure how to handle it.

First, I'm pretty sure it's illegal to displace a minor. If you don't want to go back, make an issue with child services and attempt to have your guardianship moved to your friend's father.

At 17 you can apply to basically divorce yourself from your parents. At 18 you can do whatever the fuck you want. You got 2 years, try to make the best out of it if you can. Citing the kneejerk reaction of expulsion from your home, I'm pretty sure you have a case on all grounds.

i think i just need time away from my family and with a friend. like if i spent a week with arim, i think this problem would be solved, yea im still going to be grounded for life from life, but at least i will be willing to go back..

if your dad throws you out then hes obligated to pay for all your shit. when i was 16 i left on my own and it was legal, i just couldnt sign my own papers. its rough but your father is prolly acting out because to him youre out of control... when in fact your just a normal teenager (happened to me because i was first born). look up your states laws on what age you can leave, call a lawyer about Empancipation. dont listen to any bullshit they spew at you and call the cops if he beats the shit out of you. no matter how pist his is, closed fist = assault.

Talk to a social worker, see if your school can't let you get ahold of one. Or if you've got a sympathetic relative try and live with them.

No one should have to endure that kind of bullshit, unless there's a side to the story you're not telling. I don't know you really at all, but based on your postings and from hanging around the boards, you seem like a really nice, well adjusted kid and that your dad is completely over-reacting and is more than likley just taking out his own stress on you because you're there and an easy target.

Instead of just running away from the situation, have you thought about family counseling or some type of intervetion for your father? Your dad might be thinking he's actually right in what he's doing by "disciplining" you and is unaware of the giant rift he's causing in your family, sounds like if someone gave him a nice kick in the ass and made him realize what he had and to relax a little things would be much better for everyone.

bah thats nothing I had like 2 gay teacher in my high school you and didnt give a damn about those but school work is more importent (s?) but if they tried to make a move they would be fired in no time so they gotta make monies.

big controversy at my school, with rumors about me, but no that part doesnt have to do with anything, but, the part that he chooses favorites, and favors gays does. i know for a FACT that he grades me harder than a few kids in my class, unfortunatley, there is no real way to prove it. hes just one of those teachers.

did you tried to change class to another teacher that does same subject?

talk to a counscellor or something at your school, i'm pretty certain its illegal to do that to you at your age. If you were 18 or something maybe, but 16 is awefully young. Most states you can't even get a drivers liscense yet. :/
