fucking movie was great. i waited in like for 13 hours for the midnight show and it was worth every bit of it

I can only imagine if you read the book the only things you would be pissed about is the cutting out of parts. If you didn't maybe all the names and new things are just a bit hard to take in at the same time. But overall I thought the movie was pretty good. A bit disappointed that cho was kinda weird looking.

i read the book and the movie just seemed like shit. they changed a ton of shit around from the book (no house elves wtf). the acting in alot of the scenes was corny as shit (the yule ball comes to mind, as well as harry in like 70% of the scenes). the movie was ok but they just cut out and changed too much for my tastes. i just found it to be alot more dissapointing then what i expected

Ugh. I am SO happy they cut out that S.P.E.W. house elf crap, it was my least favorite part of Book 4. They did, however, cut out most of thecool stuff in the labyrinth, and pretty much the entire Quidditch World Cup, which was annoying, but you know what, no one would have gone to see a seven hour movie. Well, I would have, but that's beside the point.

With the exception of Hermione (her eyebrows need to be shaved), however, I thought the acting was excellent. Moody and Voldemort were awesome, and I can't WAIT until Alan Rickman gets some serious screen time in movies 5 and 6. He's like OMGWTFBBQ the best actor ever.

Sunshine and I saw it yesterday.

I really really liked it. I found I laughed a lot more during this one than any other HP Movie.

I want to read the books but I would rather see the movie first and be like. "THAT MOVIE WAS AWESOME" then read the book and be like "THAT BOOK WAS EVEN AWRSOMER". If I read the books first I would be like "THAT BOOK WAS AWESOME!" and then with the movie I would be like "THAT MOVIE WAS NOT AWRSOMER THAN THE BOOK"

if you know what i mean lol.

He looked exactly as JK Rowling described him in the book. I thought they did a good job portraying him

I agree....I had a great time watching this film. I couldn't take my eyes off of the screen!!!!!! It was thrilling...the whole time. It was also nice to see the continuity in how the actors grew up with the characters so well.

i thought it was awesome also. it was almost like the movie turned into a comedy mid movie haha. i was laughing for like 20-30 mins straight at one point.

Yeah I agree, Cho was ugly, although all those kids are... well... kids. So I wasnt expecting to go in and find the love of my life in a 14 year old asian movie star. lol.
