I was watching a trailer for Phantasy Star Universe, and some of the characters' names had an "u" with the quotation-looking things on it...does anyone know what that means?

U with diacritic marker is "vu"

I dl-ed the PS video from ign and if we are looking at the same thing it looks like it reads
bora vu(o)-ra lv 26 or something. I think it's 'bo' anyway, the video is kinda fuzzy.

Later on in the vid there is another example of it (again, I think, lol) at 0:58 and it says vu(a)-ra lv 6.

Ah. Thanks. Actually, I was watching the character showcase video, and this character was used for the red android and the old man. The android seems to be named Renvuoruto Magashi, and the old man is Rukaimu Neevu.
