Opposite of aggressor would kinda suck, negative acc can kill you faster than crappy evade on almost every mobs.

yea, it would have pretty limited use. but when trying to solo easy prey-even match mobs, which WAR really blows at, it could be nice. or maybe i should just stop trying to solo on WAR and leave that to drg/whm

Not so sure about that. Even if you avoid a few more hits here and there, your acc will drastically drop (assuming it drop acc like zerk drop def). Missing mob mean slower tp gain, and bad rampage which is usually the key to kill fast. If it can make you blink tank no problem, it could be useful, but I'm sure mob WS will end up fucking you the same.

Also, many warriors gear swould just end up nullifying any bonus with all negative evasion. I would rather kill faster than get killed slower.


That said, soloing on war is fine, just need hercules ring and a brain :P Can take most EM-T unless they have lame WS.

What i want in the way of rdm merits are:
A few more lvls of enfeebling magic skill
Tier 2 debuffs, slow II para II blind II gravity II
Enhanced fast cast would be cool, but not gonna happen. I already cast at 50% with certain af.
I want tier to cure type stuff, regen II maybe raise II.
And a merit to remove divine skill from my magic list. Fuck that skill, rdm doesnt learn any divine magic that i know of and that 34 skill is a blemish when next to all my other capped skill.

What i dont want:
tier IV nukes, to mp pricy for my taste.
I personally dont care if theres a refresh II, i doubt there will be. The only problem would be that it would cost like 60 mp a spell and be like 30 second timer. if it was like that, wouldnt make a huge difference. (cept for rdm/nin solo)

Other non rdm merits:
Merit ws that your job wouldnt be able to use normally, like vorpal blade on to rdm. (wait thats rdm shit still).
Merit double attack onto drks, i think it would help with tp gain when /thf.
I bet a bunch plds want to be able to merit voke onto pld.
Merits to make ja like zerk and soul eater stronger rather then lower timer.

Stupid shit that wont happen:
a merit that makes ppl stfu.

RDMs who want tier 4 nukes need to just lv BLM haha. seriously youre main role is enfeebling and support. just like a WHM is healing support. giving you tier 4 would unbalance you completely haha think about it. convert + refresh = vast MP pool. enfeebles that make a monster crippled and rarely resist (i mean on shit you solo). and tools such as the best enhancing magic for phalanx and stoneskin. tier 4 would = you getting nerfed hardcore so make sure know what youre asking for =p

For Drg: I'd really, really, really like to see wyvern stats be meritable. The problems with wyvern are so delicate. Its so easily shot down with AOE on endgame battles. If you weaken the AOE it makes it too easy for everyone to fight. If you buff the wyvern too much on everything else in vanadiel it'll be ultra uber and be way overpowered. Give it more HP and it makes healing breath extremely too good. It can already cure for 500+ hp, even more would be insane (although i wouldn't mind personally ;) ). Downing the timer to 20 minutes doesn't fix the problem, just covers it up. lol
Wyvern stats would be nice, I think it would help a lot so that only a handful of a few will be running around with really buff wyverns, instead of just anyone.
I wouldn't be wildly surprised if call wyvern became meritable.

Another attack or job ability wouldn't be too bad, but really I'd like to see wyvern used to its full potential. I'm afaid to say give drg another jump, and as much as i'd really like that a lot, Jumps give TP and that might overpower drg as well.

For Summoner: I suspect unlocking the final bloodpacts for the elemental avatars. I dont think new avatars would be granted this way, there's usually a story involved around them.

For bard: I'd really like our debuff songs to have a chance in hell on landing. Its kinda retarded that landing things like elegy on higher tier endgame rolls down to luck the vast majority of the time. Forget landing requiem ever. Ballad 3 would be awesome cause then we could have more strategy arranging songs, but if Ballad 3 was ever introduced in the game, it makes full upgraded relic horn pretty much pointless. I can't picture redmage getting a higher tier refresh and not bard.

I wouldn't want to see Ballad 3 but maybe a new hybrid spell that would regen 1hp/1mp per tick.
