Wiped last night at 2%... mostly because it was a pick-up pt and 3/6 of the members weren't prepared in regards to re-raise, venom/poison pots, medicines (hi-pots/ethers) and things like that. He is easy to get to... and easy to kill. Need a nin (tank), 2 melee (preferrably drk, mnk, war, sam, nin, [basically anyone who has a stun ws or can stun] nin sub helps A LOT), a whm, and 2 DD mages (blms or smns with 2 hrs). It would've died last night if: a.) the ninja who died 2hred before he died again after every one else was dead b.) sam got his complete 2 hr off c.) the smn wasn't asleep and could've used a final bp on diablos.

I want to try this Tonight [Friday Dec 09 2005] after or around 6:30-7:00pm Eastern, if I can't get enough ppl to help I would like to try it Tomorrow [Saturday Dec 10 2005] possibly around 2pm Eastern.

I'm trying to set this up with my LS, I know for sure there are a few people who need it, just need a few helpers. I can come as: whm, smn, brd, or blm (lvl38.) I should be online around 6-6:30pm Eastern, if you need this mission, or can help send me a tell, pm, or reply here.

as long as you have: yag drinks, hi ethers (i brought 3 of each and used them all as whm), poison pots (they won't do shit against nightmare if it gets through, but he does spam sleepga and sleep II i believe.. so it'll be good for that), reraise (earring is best since cooldown is like 30sec. I used mine 3 times last night during the fight) then an hour and a half should be good. the entrance to pso xja is a pretty quick walk from tele-vhazl or outpost to beaucidine. anyway we'll see ow it goes, as it stands I still don't even knwo who from my LS can help.. I'llc atch you in the game and keep you posted. thanks for offering to help either way ^^

We went and wiped first 2 times pretty quickly, I was surprised because I was with friends who I know from first hand experience are all completely compitent and responsible individuals. the setup was: nin/war, sam/nin, war/nin, smn/whm, smn/whm, whm/blm. first time he blasted nightmare off in like first 10seconds and caught sam and war off guard so they missed stun. the other smn went afk before we entered battlefield and we somehow all missed his "brb" so a lot of folks were confused as to why he was just standing there. i burned my sp, pulled hate off nin somehow and died before even getting one bp off, got up, hit with a second nightmare.

Second time was similar, we didn't get hit with nightmare, but the nin lost hate again and it proceeded to beat the crap out of everyone and other smn lost his sp on second run, we did better this time tho and got it down to about 45%.

Third time had a lot to do with luck and determination. The other smn and myself drank our yag drinks and proceeded to blast off double punch > tailwhip~ impaction while sprinkling cures (althought I don't think one person got in yellow hp on 3rd run) nin was amazing at holding hate this time and we basically meleed it like normal until about 20% life.. then sam popped 2hr, war popped 2hr, and nin finished it off with his 2hr ftw. The sam was actually the real hero during this run, he stunned every nightmare (had an IW so he could get tp back up after his first) and that helped us keep our cool a lot and stay focused on our jobs indtead of panicking.
