can max zerk and aggressor same time, 8 upgrade per weapon 12 in catagory, extra upgrade room for str and hp too.

I hate this game haha. Why didnt they let me do zerk/agressor merit like I wanted at first. 2/2 it will be if I ever come back


12 upgrade in weapon category is nice, but still limit you to 2 capped weapon instead of 1½. They should still split defensive and offensive in 2 section
