Ok I have a bit of a problem. I havn't been able to play FFXI for almost 5 months now. I just got a new comp and I've installed all my FF stuff and relized I've lost my book with my POL ID, password and CD keys... so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how I can play again. I have looked high and low for my book, My house is a mess now because of it.
Why does SE put the CD keys in the freaking book anyway? Whats wrong with putting them on the CD cases like every other game!?

You dont need the CD keys ever again, all your need is your POL ID, the keys are permanently stored as part of it once you first enter them.

That said, keepikng your POL ID and password safe is your own responsibility, not SEs. :P

Call them up and tell them you've forgotten your POL ID. They'll tell you what it is if you can give them all of the account details (Name, Address, etc).
