I was just trying (as I have been since this conflict started) to be the mediator in all this. In all honesty I swear to christ I never knew CKDs dynamis schedule. I went with HH on fridays once I hit 65 on my whm, then I stopped to switch over to VanadielsGuardians (or whatever our first LS was called that we used Betterfade's pearl for) Tiothiel oversaw all operations of the LS and I wasn't an officer or sackholder, so any and all scheduling conflicts were left to her (hence, I never investigated myself when other dynamis shells were raiding) when bali, jud, and myself (as well as a few other folks who won't be mentioned as I'm sure they don't want to get pulled into this drama) took over raids, I guess we neglected to do our homework, and for that I apologize again.

Had I known, a long time ago CKD had dibs on Wednesday I would've pushed hard for a change. Once, we realized there was an issue, we were already too set into our schedule to change days and risk losing a lot of ppl (don't think we didn't consider it), so, we did the only thing we felt we could which was to come to you and hope you'd be gratious about it. This isn't about right and wrong, there are no badguys. We respect CKD, and you have my word that if changing days was a possiblity at this point we'd do everything in our power to accomodate you. WE DO NOT WANT TO STEP ON ANY TOES.

Anyway, Yarr, I don't know why you have to keep badmouthing us, we're all really nice people who just want to have fun and avoid shit like this. I've said my peace, I'm done with this thread. The bottom line is that we don't want to be enemies, we want to do everything in our power to accomodate you with full respect (with the exception of changing our days which is like asking a friend that works at the mta to change their train schedules for you). I hope that this matter gets resolved and we come to some kind of understanding soon. Perpetuating this seems ridiculous.

Not sure why you think I'm trying to be a victim. I could care less, I made it my goal to let you guys do what you wanted and schedule around that. Hence why we never actually had any issues when I still played. I just wanted to say something since this run was originally mine, and at the start it was small and built upon the schedules of the first people. So yeah, it was poor planning which I admitted before. But was never a problem, because I ensured it wasn't.

Honestly, I posted only because I still actually enjoyed my time running that dynamis and my LS, and want to make sure there is a distinction. No point, no attempt to be the victim, or anything. Just backing up that I ran the raid w/o conflict with you for a good long time, and it can be done. And there is no need for this type of stuff to go around.

Anyhow, what I am merely getting at Yarr is that I have worked around your raids. I go out of my way many times to find out what zone you guys are doing and to try to stay out of it.

The only thing I ask is that you guys maintain a set schedule so I know what zone to stay out of. As long as I know what zone to avoid, none of this BS happens. You and I both know the effort it requires to plan zones, do parties.... the whole nine yards. Having a set schedule so people like myself know what zone to avoid is all I ask.

I respect the fact that you guys have been doing runs longer than us, but unfortunately since we have been doing set raids for a year now and people take time out from work and the rest of their lives our days won't change. So in light of this I do what I can to avoid you guys. Please help me do this by sticking with a set schedule even if it's 2-3 weeks in advance and let me or my officers know what zones you have planned. There are soooooooo many options you have on your plate that you can use to do this. You can use Ero's idea for the site he mentioned, you or your officers can PM me on your very own site, or you can even post it for the public to see. It's not that hard to take 5 min. more time to do this.

Please attempt to be the leader I hope your capable of being and help the community a little is all I'm asking.

I have never and will never apply for CKD. Not because they are a bad LS but because I don't want too. I'm not bashing CKD, I am bashing Yarr.

Milamber, CKD wasn't the only way to get into dynamis. I have gone on one cheeseburgers run and didn't come back. I raided with happyhumans for awhile before joining Tiothiel's raids.

Yarr, so many other LS's SHARE days and time slots. It doesn't mae much sense to say that nobody else can raid then. There are too many other LS's now. Sure, we could go on Thursday's and Monday's, but then nobody in the server would be able to attend because of work/school.

It's seriously is just annoying to even talk or deal with you Yarr. He talks about bettering the NA community and how he paved the way. All of it is bullshit if you just fuck them back over time and time again.

Sorry to tell you guys but when I was level 65 Happyhumans wasn't doing raids yet. How do I know? I was friends with Knolan back then and I knew a couple of CSB people. CKD was doing the only NA Dynamis back then on our server. I went to the first Sentinels raid (horrible Bastok raid lol) but even that was after I went to my first Cheeseburgers raid (Dynamis-Jueno the day after I hit 65 Bard). But this was a long time ago.

Either way we do post our public Dynamis raids on our forums. The private shit we could keep track of too. Our plans do change however depending on how many of what jobs we have going or if there is a HNM we are camping during our Dynamis time slot. Yeah I do agree we that all LSs should communicate better about what time and zone we do on a weekly basis. It would avoid conflict and make things more organized.

In the conversaion I had before our public Dynamis Bastok raid one of the leaders said at that time they had been doing dynamis for a year and a half. That was in september. So add 4-5 months to that.

cheeseburgers was the first and only NA dynamis shell, and it was open to the public. this was pre-PS2 release, shit was pre- me even hitting 75 on WHM (which was like a few months after i got the game at release, ya know when JP still PT'd with NA). CB let you sign up and go, you didnt even need to know anyone in the shell. they gave you strats (not all were from previous JP runs most were from trial and error if anyone remembers those old raids in the beginning). those runs we did and strats we figured out were from skilled players, not the dime a dozen trash that clogs the game now.

so no i dont think you would be doing dynamis as well if CB didnt open the door and hold your hand, why? shitty players give shitty performances. ive xp'd with almost everyone thats high lv now at some point with one of my jobs (seeing how i have all but 4 that are 37+). ive seen the garbage that gets continually churned and leeched to high lv. garbage in, garbage out. this doesnt apply to everyone, but a good majority of people. if you were to take the people who were high lv now and throw them in the situation CB was in with dynamis i severly doubt youd be able to do as well.

so with saying that please feel free to try and cock block us at the glass point, just dont be pist when you completely wipe because you dont have players who know how to play like we do. if you hate us, or get mad at us then obviously we are better than you. if you can joke, roll with punches and take shit with a grain of salt like people in valour could, then obviously you are on our level. people hate those that they envy.

1. bullshit, get over yourself. Just because you did it first doesn't mean you were the only who could have done it. There are plenty of people playing who are just as skilled as memebers in CKD, who are not in CKD. It's retarded you would even think that.

2. We didn't wipe at the start or on the first pull. It was actually our first Ice run for most of the group and we made it pretty far. We only ran out of time.

3. I don't envy you or hate you. I simply hate that Yarr has to belittle us and make it seem like we shouldn't be allowed to share a time slot. Almost everyone else works around someone on some day.

Xiona also brings out a really good point. there is a very distinct difference between the skill of a first gen player and that of any other generation after. The farther back the worse the player is (or potential for being worse). Im not saying all players who arnt first gen suck. Im saying that over all they do. Theres a few gems in there, but most of them didnt have to spend 3-4 weeks getting LB1 items or have to wait a month for enough people to level up and do the third AF quest.

Most the new players had everything handed to them.

1: i have no reason to get over myself, i know that im one of the best WHMs that play as well as a wide array of other jobs i have lv'd. yes there are some skilled players not in CKD, but very very very few of them are second gen + sorry

The stuff Yarr says makes me laugh irl sometimes, hehe. Honestly guys, why in the world would anyone ever get mad at Yarr. Consider why he would say the things he says sometimes. You really only have two choices:

Either A) he is a psychotic megalomaniac who would be better suited as the military dictator of a third world country [like Canada ]
Or B) he sees what outrageous things he can do or say to get some kind of response from someone else, because he generally likes conflict and it gives him something to laugh at with his LS buddies.

Either way, getting mad at him will do no good. If it's option A there is really no point in trying to reason with someone who is crazy. If it's option B you only feed into what he is trying to get done.

It's really your own fault for expecting anything different. If you would change your expectations, you would no longer get angry at what he says or does.
