It is probably a free warp cudgel. Would be much cooler if it let you access your mog house/safe from anywhere, but SE couldn't/wouldn't do that lol.

no this thing will have some lame stat, then theyll make it a latent effect that never activates so itll be a show piece only.

for 80-100 bucks irl for this piece of crap it should have unlimited charges no time restriction; warp II, reraise 3, thunder v (ya thats right v), and o i dunno equipped gives the user the effect of perfect dodge.

yes the GM's are in digital sweat shops crafting these bitches out for the event, and it really sucks when their crystal blows up, that's why GM's don't answer many calls.

I really wish someone knew the stats on it so I could make fun of it more.
