I'm pretty sure IGE can't do a damn thing, and they probably know it.

First of all you have to remember that any and all accounts actually belong to SE. Yes, it might be "your" account, but in the reality of things, they're really only "leasing" it to you in your name, with your monthly subscription.

SE provide you with a service; your account is not a "product". Because it's a service, they hold the right to terminate that service to any customers for any reason they feel the need to (Provided it's not racial discrimination or something probably). And I'm pretty sure the ToS details to that effect.

the TOS states legally speaking "We the sole proprietors of this game claim the right to do as we wish with our content" all the information is held server side for the most part making it even more so their property. SE has the legal right to erase anything on their own database regarding the character you are paying access for. they never garuntee your items, level, craft level, fame level, currency, or even character name will be the same each time you login.

tomorrow you can login and be lv1 with nothing, and there is nothing you can do about it because legally SE can erase any information on their database. the only thing you are paying for is access to private servers hosted by SE. as long as access is granted you are getting what you paid for so they can also continue to charge you until you cancel your account.

EDIT: Also ketrebu, discrimination is perfectly fine in other parts of the world. so SE is not bound to the same civil rights as we are. hence they can terminate your account because youre a woman, or simply because they do not like you.
