Midget Discovers Cure for Midgetism, Grows Tall
London, England (AP) -- Dwayne Lansford of the Staffordshire Analytical Laboratories in London, England has put his own research to practical use. Eighteen months ago he and a team of scientists isolated the gene, EFx2, that encodes for an enzyme that suppresses the human growth hormone (HGH). Sixteen months later his team of scientists developed a partial blocker that disallows free expression of EFx2. Dwayne Lansford is himself a midget. With permission from the London Royal Scientific Ethics Committee (LoRSEC) he has injected himself with the partial blocker and within 2 months he has grown from 4'3" to a whopping 5'6". Once approved for commercial use, this discovery may pave the way for the roughly 115,000 midgets in England to "rise up." France is already busy preparing their own version of the drug. The only side effect recorded thus far is that some body parts, particularly the penis and testes, retain their midget size.
hmm he should have stayed a midget, poor guy
