Basically, possible Utsu:San, Bard gets low level haste spell, wars are encouraged to use weapons other than axe's and sub nin (new abilities), can now throw axes, blm mana-burns gimped, mnk sam smn whm thf pld get new job abilities, pld made stronger tank again with new stuff like auto refresh.

TH does not need thf to get last hit
CHR doesnt affect voke
new allegiance (nation wise)?

it doesn't say "BLM Manaburn Gimped". It says, BLMs will have better reasons to party in regular setup. SE isn't going to nerf BLM cause then nobody in FFXI could do anything. Everyone bitches but they almost all rely on BLMs.

looks to me instead of nerfing they are added to all the jobs to level them out. something tells me this game is gonna get much more easier
