I've seen talesin running around as well as wisp, maybe some other ckd names with different spellings too but I can't remember. At first I thought it might be a mule or even tal and whisp in cognito... however, It's probably just some random folks who chose the names with those spellings cuz the others were taken and have no idea about the original players.. you think?

Also, I keep getting PMs that there is a hume bard running around with the name Iolanthe. Just so those who care know, it's not me, it's Deitre. His character was jacked a few months back and he was able to get it back after it was deleted. The name 'Deitre' was taken by the time he got his character back, so I told him he could have my stupid name. It was part of my 'do everything I can to kill my character so I don't come back to FFXI' thing.

I seen a F hume Iolanthe in L Jeuno the other day and it really creeped me out! I felt like I was in the outer limits or something.

Iolanthe is suppsoed to be deitre, but everytime i'm like zomgz hi dano he clams up, not sure if I did something to piss him or if he just doesn't remember me, but I don't like it. I thought he was mad fun back in the days, what happened?

The correct spelling of Talisin is actually Taleisin (IIRC). We were trying to get into Ifrit and one of the servers had Taleisin taken. We renamed it to Talisin and thought "umm that actually looks better" and kept using that until tal landed on ifrit 3 hours later and it became his new avatar name.


Tal always used his real name on the FPS games he played lol. I always used Princess' real full name and she always used the short form of her name.

lol, she wasnt that great at Q3 but when she saw her name (played by me) at the top of the ranks it made her feel better lol, so as a joke we just kept it that way.
