Yeah Evanesence has a female lead singer, but they are kinda mainstream imo. Otep sucks but their singer is female.... hmm same with Kittie or whatever their name is.

Im not a huge fan of female vocals. Mostly because the songs are from a female perspective and Im just not down with that lol.

There are a few tracks I like off the Garden State soundtrack with women vocs, but I can't think of who they are right now.

Nightwish and Arch Enemy are fine by me. I like Arch Enemy more due to the guitarwork and I have actually seen them live and they performed well. I mentioned Wicked Wisdom mainly due to that it is fronted by a female celebrity that is a hollywood actress. I don't like them musically though. I used to like the Pixies and the Breeders some. I saw the Breeders open for Nirvana in Jacksonville when I was in ninth grade (1993 I think). My biggest memory from that concert was someone throwing their shoe at Kim Diel (spelling?) and the Breeders go off stage. Shortly afterward Kurt Cobain came out and said "thats not cool" pretty much and the Breeders kept on playing. Both bands dissapointed me live from a guitarist's perspective which changed how I looked at them from that point onward. I am not talking about fucked over by the soundman either. Just sloppy, but maybe they were both off.
