I think its going to be a good movie. Im not hardcore into Transformers like I am most comic\cartoons, but some of the changes do bug me.

Still, its going to be fun.

from an animators standpoint, yes.. this is gonna be absolutely sick.. animation wise.. lets hope the story is just as good..

i just have a problem with the concept designs... when will people start to realize that there is no need to "new age" everything when we enjoy it just as it was..

All in all it's just cars that turn into robots. I don't think the story will be very deep.

Bleh Megatron was cooler as a giant gun that could be picked up by a larger Decepticon and used to blast Autobots. Transformers didn't all have to be fucking vehicles in the series lol. Yeah maybe I am taking it a little seriously because it is a part of my childhood. The story will be crap just like the original animated movie was. Thanks alot for Rodimus Prime douschebags, thats when I stopped watching the cartoon haha.

Maximals (good guys) vs the predacons (baddies), and maximals were obviously the good guys and the predacons were all reptiles n shit. I used to wake up 6 AM every morning to watch that shit.

I admit watching it fairly often for fun. They did a nice little version of the transformers story in a different world\setting.

thats the same studio that did Reboot and the CG Spiderman cartoon that MTV aired for a while (IMO an awesome version of the spiderman story that did some changes to the story but more or less stayed away from the big story arcs in spiderman).

1. the dinobots were fucking amazing GRIMLOCK SMASH. They were even cooler than the constricons imo. best transformers ever.

2. beastwars was cool, I used to watch it everyday while taking bong hits before classes when I was in highschool (random fact: i would would watch botsmaster during the comercials)

3. that megatron looks like 5 metal turns crushes together. omg {gun} {where}? (even though i always thought it was cheesy how sometimes megatron was a little ass pistol and other times he was a giant fucking laser cannon) clearly soundwave, shockwave, and starscream were way cooler.

4. rodimus prime era wasn't that bad because they had galvatron, unicron, metroplex, and ultra magnus \m/
