Denchi i read the whole post, was worth the read imo.

I am kinda shocked to see you mention Ero Jed and Obie in a bad way tho, i never had a problem with them, but i was also in Crimsonknights for a short time before Monarchy was formed.

Well with Ero and Obie they had a personality where they formed opinions about you real quick. I was the nub, I asked nubish questions, so I was easy to pick on, and that carried out throughout my stay with Monarchy. They're real coarse, and I can get along with people like that, and I tried to, but Ero and Obie just DIDN'T like me, and there wasn't much changing that. It wasn't enough for them that I was nice to them always and did my job. Jedix was Obie's lapdog, and he just followed in whatever opinions she had about people in-game. He never gave a reason to why he didn't like me, because he didn't have to. Obie didn't like me, so neither did he.

Obelisk was just such a fuck. I remember inviting him to do a KS30 run with Uzumaki and I and some other people. Before going in we all went over everything and decided to do an even split of all the drops. Obelisk got a vclaw, then decided that he was doing a 50/10% split. I told him that's not what we agreed on, and he said that's how everyone does it, and I should have known that. I asked him why he never spoke up if he didn't want to do an even split, and he basically just told me I was a retard and a nub and everyone splits 50/10%. After like a day of me trying to figure out what he was thinking and uzu talking to him as well, he said he would give me like 400k from the claw but I told him to keep it and haven't respected him ever since.

Apart from that, during Monarchy sky runs I would ask him if I could use his Osode for Chi blast since he came on a job that didn't need it. He never responded to me. He had lent it to me maybe once before, and he had lent it to other people, but after a certain period of time the leaders in monarchy decided that ignoring me was ok. Jedix also used a program that automatically did chi-blasts for him on Mnk, and he had shared it with Aiame once she got her Mnk to 75. I asked Jedix about it and he wouldn't tell me about it. No one would give me the time of day.

I remember one instance where I was setting up a Promy run one night, and Ero and Kalix decided to do KS99. I /messaged both of them asking if they needed me. I hadn't heard anything about it, I didn't know if Mnk was good, I didn't know if I was just going to be sitting outside the BC twiddling my thumbs, and I just wanted to know if they needed me, and I would have dropped the promy run and come helped. Kalix never responded to me (even though he was talking in LS), and Ero never responded to me. No one said a word to me or acknowledged me, so I figured they didn't need me. Halfway through the promy run I get a /tell from Kalix saying something like "Why aren't you here?"

And ever since then I "skipped LS event." Fuck that shit lol.

I never thought being in an LS would be so hard that people wouldn't even tell me what was going on. Kalix, Ero, Obie, Jedix, Obelisk, made it so not-fun it was unbelievable. Some sort of e-penis ego shit that I don't get.

Anyways, my speil. I'm sure they all have their good qualities, but what I said above is why I think they should eat a fat pile of shit and have all their characters deleted and shat on too.

Denchi...I don't understand why you always feel compelled to come on here complaining about your loot problems with Monarchy. It's no question you hardly attended any LS events and loot was distributed based on attendance. Zaphod got everything in Sky because he was our main NIN tank in Sky post Aiame, and he attended EVERY Sky event. You would log in and exp your NIN and say you didn't have much time to play, so you couldn't make Sky events. I hardly ever saw you help with anything.

Every new person didn't have Haidate lol. Xandur came to almost every LS event we ever had after he joined. He always attended Sky. His only main war WAR for a long time. He never got Haidate from Monarchy. I don't know any new WAR or RNG that got it easily.

People in Monarchy disliked you for the same reason people on here dislike you. You are a pain in the ass. Plain and simple. You have been banned from this site so many times, I'm suprised you even bother lurking these forums. More or less creating new IDs and posting more. Do you like negative attention?

I got a treated with respect from everybody in Monarchy, because I wasn't a pain in the ass. I wasn't even friendly all the time, I'm pretty moody myself. I never got treated bad from anybody.

People treated you bad because they didn't like you. People didn't let you borrow stuff because you had a bad reputation for keeping borrowed items. Off the top of my head I remember Wain was upset about the scorp harness you would never get back, or the emperor's hairpin. He asked you for that many many times with you saying you still needed them. You had his harness for how long? I also know you had Aiame's Kote you wouldn't give back, and you didn't pay Estarial back for Utsusemi:Ni when it was overpriced and he bought it for you. Why should Obelisk lend you his Osode? Did you ever give those items back to Wain, Aiame, or pay Esta?[/u]

Edit: yeah I kept all those items. Yep, kept 'em straight up, and I never paid Esta back! Don't bother asking any of the people that lent me gear, because they'll lie to you and say I gave them back.

Naw, I keep the drama to the Forums. Right now I'm camping VE with some nubs, and it's making me happyyyy.

It just surprises me how dense people are sometimes, so it frustrates me. But I'll drop it.

rule of thumb, no matter how innocent you are:

if you complain about loot, you're part of the problem

I disagree. If you're getting shafted and complain, loot being the issue doesn't make you the problem. It makes you man enough to stand up for yourself in-spite of possibly being painted as "lootwhore" or whatever for no other reason than its mentioned in your argument. The big and small of it, is don't be a chump just cause might accuse you of being selfish.

There are many manipulative and deceiving people in FFXI, many of which are quite adept at twisting someone's valid complaint into "you're complaining about loot so you're one of the greedy ones" throwbacks to deflect from them. I can't personally testify to Denchi's situation, I wasn't part of it... just saying the people doing the shafting often get away with it because of the perception you've just versed.

theres something wrong if loot matters so much that you would go vocal. if people would just smile and be happy when other people win items, and not bicker trying to pull loot inward, things would run much more smoothly and happily.

So if someone screws your wife... you'd stay quiet to "keep things smooth". Whisp, that kind of mentality breeds lemmings. Smiling while someone screws you over and pretending its ok, would make said person a sucker to those taking advantage of them.

I don't know about you, but I'm noone's fool or sucker. Not that I care about loot or whatever.. what I DO care about, is not taking it up the ass.

Screwing someone out of digital pixels and screwing someone's wife are so not in the same ballpark that it's sad you'd put them there.

wife's important, loot's not. gotta know your priorities. in ffxi i found friends important and keeping the linkshell happy. not loot. and i saw many times when an otherwise good player would get their subligar in a wad trying to fight for loot because some jerk took advantage of them. why care? since when is loot more important than keeping friends and stability?

If someone IN your linkshell is taking advantage of you and the others. They are friend to neither you nor you linkshell. If you believe different, all I can say is to each their own. But being a lemming to please others isn't my style. Nor is allowing unfairness to others... that would make me part of the problem. Imagine if no-one opposed Hitler because it was easier to "pretend" everything was A-OK? We'd be in deep shit.

No, I think YOU may have the problem, sire, because I made it clear that I had a beef with the relative importance of the two things you were comparing. You should really think before posting.

Your response holds no validity to the argument in question. Classic and typical of the responses on these forums. Oh well, lets start the ignorant personal stabs now shall we?
