See they arrest and charge the smaller drug dealers in hopes they will roll over on the bigger guy to get a better deal. The cops want a domino effect where everyone keeps ratting on eachother until it leads to the guy who is the big timer. Usually w/ weed its just some people growing shit. My friend Drew just got charged with felony possession w/ intent to distribute even though it was just under 20 grams of bud. They didn't get what they wanted because Drew didn't roll over on anyone. If weed was legal there would be no drug traffickers or drug dealers selling it. The users would be growing that shit themselves legally (easy as hell to do). Big ass load of bullshit, just because they know they can't make tax money off of it like they do w/ cigarettes and booze.

Anyways, there was even a more recent case where someone who was on death row was found to be innocent and set free. The shit happens all the time, and it sucks. Our Justice system is just so flawed. I agree that some people just need to be shot, but unfotunately it's not that simple, and you're gonna get all kinds of pro-lifers protesting that stuff anyways.

Oh god USA people value life soooo much. It would be protested all over if we changed it. Not like protesting would help much lol. People have been protesting every god damn thing Bush has accomplished since he was in office to no avail. But it's definately not a simple change. And we will never see it happen.

I am one of the least proud Americans you will ever meet. I can totally understand why people hate us and our way of life.
