Yeah I really dont know how its going to live up to the Die Hard name, but lets face it, things are different now. You can get away with a lot for a PG-13 movie. The lack of cursing will be the biggest difference. Its also going to be a lot less gritty and a lot more hollywood.

That is pretty disconcerting. Besides that, my main worry is that the villain seems really young, and young villains are effing annoying whereas Alan Rickman, Dolph Lundgren, and Jeremy Irons could pull it off no prob in the other Die Hard movies. Meanwhile I just saw a brand new commercial for it which ends with something like "This summer you need a hero...you get a legend"


You could put that tagline on the Divine Secrets of the Yaya Sisterhood and I'd watch it. lol

LOL in the newest playboy they asked Bruce about the PG-13 and he said they only limited the blood and the amount of the times they used the word Fuck.

So it can still be an awesome movie and i wanna see it.

Anyone see transformers yet? I keep hearing that its out in other countries, and being released before June 4th in some US theatres.

Die Hard was HORRIBLE.

Ratatouille and Sicko were both very good however

I liked Ratatouille quite a bit

Oh really? Then i'm not so pissed about seeing (boring) Oceans 13 instead.

I just saw Tranformers opening night. IMO the best summer movie of this year! I honestly was not disappointed at all about the story. Naturally coming from Bay....the action was over the top lol. There was alot of humor in it also. I would recommend ya'll go check it out!

i have a Transformers question
i remember a jingle from when i was a kid "Transformers... Go-Bots in disguise" and I always wondered.. weren't Go-Bots a completely separate thing? anyone know? am i remembering the song wrong?
by the way i just looked at a picture of megatron (click for pic) and i get this overwhelming urge to ask my parents to buy it for me. i guess it was a lingering urge for a toy that was never fulfilled lol. it's that damn gold part. i loved gold shiny toys.

No its "robots in disguise". Go-bots came after Transformers and was pretty fucking weak imo. Voltron was cool though.

Voltron and Transformers ftw. Transformers led to the aformentioned spinoff Go-Bots which was mildly successful at best. Voltrons spinoff / clone came years later. and still to this day i think its gay and sucks balls but might morphin power rangers was a huge success. Same colors, same principals, and if megazord or wtf ever its name was wasnt a replica of voltron i dont know what else could be.

I'm not sure a Voltron movie would have the same success as Transformers, but i would love to see one.

K...saw it last night, and WOW. Everything about that movie fucking kicked ass. That is definately the best of 2007. The comedy, action, sound, special effects, story...just everything was perfect. I'm gonna see it again this week.
