Crimson, I am OOL/cablevision. I have been the middleman this entire time trying to resolve this issue since yesterday morning. Communicating with a POL supervisor for NA (who translates what the JP GM's are saying on their end) to the admins i work with in OOL(cablevision). I am working with one of my good friends on this issue right now, even at home....of course I have nothing else to do wince I can't get into the game....

Its still down 8(. I noticed that there are spots on the pol website that i cant seem to access either (service and support for one lol). I really hope they fix this soon. Living on Long Island i have had OOL for a long time and i really havent had any problems with it but this is sure frustrating hehe.

After watching CSI:NY last nite it just occurred to me what has happened.

A rat has chewed though all of the fiber lines for the NY/NJ area.
Your going to to need to find that rat, trap him and get back the missing pieces of the fiber lines before service can be repaired. LOL
