Sounds good. I'm just wondering if maybe I could give a few suggestions on my current party setup? I really don't see that exact setup winning, too much healing. Here's what I think we should do, based on what the people posted they can go as.

1. Pantherxx (WAR/NIN) - Looks good.

2. Shiloh - Think you could go as PLD? PLD can tank much better and would be better suited for this pt.

5. Omegadata (DRK/THF) - I don't know what other jobs you are...could you post what other jobs you have? DRK probably would work the best, unless you got RNG or something =P

3. Melo (WHM/BLM)

4. Urzasoltan (SMN/WHM)

6. Yarr (SMN/WHM)

- Between me, Melo, and Yarr, I think we should do BRD, WHM, BLM. I have all lvl 30 gear for Bard allready, but all three of those jobs I have at 30. So it doesn't matter who does what, but I think those 3 jobs between us would be best.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, Yarr, or anyone else. I think this would be the best possible setup for our group (PLD WAR DRK BLM WHM BRD). I imagine everyone knows how shitty this mission is, and your pt setup has to be practically perfect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

PLD really suck for this... except Dem, which is pretty easy.

Also at the very end of the fight you need to unleash as much as you can otherwise it starts spamming this gay drain attack, so that's why I brought up the 2 SMN attack thing, since astral flow is godly

RNG/NIN WAR/NIN WAR/NIN WHM/BLM WHM/BLM BLM/WHM

You need 2 WHM becasue one of the WHM will be doing nothing but casting dummy bar-spell so that the NM will not suck up HP, protect and/or shell from the WAR and RNG. It's very important the NM suck up dummy barspell because if it starts sucking up protect shell and HP; your party is pretty much doom.

In short, all Melee sj NIN all mage sj WHM if you are not a WHM.
Bring echo drop, hi-potion, & yagudo drink if you are cheap on item don't come with me. (it's sad, but it's true)

Alright then. Like I said I have some experience with Promyvion, but I know you guys would know better. And I've only had experience with Dem, which I guess explains the PLD part. :P I guess then what you originally posted is what we'll stick with?

Oh, I've got a Hysteroanima that I'll be bringing. From what I read, it stops the boss from using its special attacks for 20-30 seconds or something, and should be used at around 30% hps left because it will start using them more often then...not sure if that's exactly right though.

And, I would like to say that the only reason we managed to win the Mea boss battle, was because of the smn we had. Party was war/nin,war/nin,rng/nin,blm/whm,whm/smn,smn/whm. Once it got down to <5% health, all but the whm(<200hps left) and smn were dead...smn 2hour kicked its ass and saved the day.

Okay, more people are signing up. So... I'm setting the final deadline to sign up on Saturday night at 10:00 EST. (That's when I'll be home from work that day.) After that I'll make a final list and from the sounds of it we'll have about 4 or 5 parties going at a time. As long as we all stick together, it should be ok.

i can go as war/nin also...lvling nin now ..its at lvl 8...so by sunday it will be definitly at least 12...

I can come as War/Nin as well, war is currently 50 and nin is 27 so I have my sub fully leveled.

I'll help try and get the anima's (I think that is what they are?) any night or SAT.

I'm up for getting animas tonight they really really help, the biggest help I've found is the tank having 5ish Hi-potions, anyone who is going to be tanking the BCNM I highly suggest you get a few Hi-potions. Also 2 EST is a bit early, try to drag your feet a bit. Also THF sub at 30 isn't great but I'll comply with whatever you want.
