Theres tons and tons of good posts. Brings back memories that are really old.

Looking at how the game was then and how the game is now makes me not want to play WoW. I mean all the friends I went into WoW with I ended up losing.

so you were lvl 27+ by nov 27th (protectra2)? i was pretty close, maybe a bit behind ya-

nov 3: lvl 1 thf
nov 12: lvl 17 thf
nov 13: lvl 1 whm taru
thanksgiving break: lvl 20 to 29
christmas week off: lvl 31 to 40

those were the days of "I gained 3 levels today. Nice." I went from 21 to 24 in one night (w/ Kirakun in qufim). 3 lvls in one night with TS and Gotets in Kazham. TS went off for DRG. I spent most of December either leveling black mage, or wondering around with Tyriel trying to find a party. then during christmas break i zipped through yhoator garliage and CN with the help of TS scyth tyriel ditria shadowknight nekote vexed keli lars and some others.

I remember leveling with you Yarr for the first few days. It was nice having a second healer rather than the 5melee parties. Nippler wanted to grab a red mage one night so he got Disgaea (like lvl 42). Yarr was like
Yarr>>Hey wanna xp?
Whisp>>We got a red mage instead, sorry man
Yarr>>Don't leave me!
[I was like...poor guy. lol. ok i'll never leave you.]
We actually got to like level 63 or 64 using the 2whm setup lol... that's gotta be a record! And it was working great until Onzozo. When Scyth quit I just felt like, ya know, nip quit the PT, TS quit the game, now its just me you and shi, and mikey our adopted taru. It was time for the 2 whm to go their separate ways... The tall lanky one goes off to become king of vanadiel and the pointy-haired onionhead went off to become the bastardchild of vanadiel. Yea i miss those days~~~ haha

I got level 30 really fast. I just sat there at level 30 for a good three weeks waiting for talisin to level up his Dragoon to 30. I could have easily been much higher level but I didnt want to leave talisin behind (until i met whisp haha).

Scyth qutting was a turning point in the game. I had a lot of long talks with him and he always said he was going to quit if the perma ever fell apart. I think that day Scyth knew what was happening. He knew the 2 whm perma group wasnt going to work, he knew our perma group was going to have to disband (or change once again). So he quit before he had to see it happen.

I think I leveled up to about 65 and just sat there for a long time. After whisp quit I just didnt have any motivation. Thats when the oportunity to make CKD came along. Piro spazed and I just wasnt in the mood to put up with it. So I left hokuten before he could kick me and I made CKD.

I remember when me, rein, k, peejo and Z formed our perm. Actually, it was very unexpected but we keep doing pting after that.

I also remember yarr modding my vn posts to contain "Yarr the great" type msgs.
