Howdy guys, Im trying to get advise from all the RDMs out there. It's that damn OLD MAN! I swear to god I MUST BREAK HIM!!! If anyone could drop me some info on methods that work, or strategies that can finally make me { Silence } That mother once and for all. ^-^ plz

Beat him on my fouth try.

Here's what I did:

Items:
Mulsums x 18 (had 6 on me, bought another pack)
Super Ether x1
Vile Elixir x1
Yagudo Drink x2

Ice/Wind/Dark staves help A LOT.

When you enter, run to him immediately so you can see what buffs he uses. If he cast Shell4, dispel it immediately, because you will have a lot of trouble sleeping him after that (died on 3rd try because of Shell4). Now sleep him, Stoneskin, Blink and dispel everything. Drink a Yagudo Drink and Mulsums to get your mp up. After that it's pretty straightforward:

-Bind with Ice Staff
-Aero 3 with Wind Staff
-Sleep2 with Dark Staff

Recast Stoneskin and Blink if needed. Wait until the timers are up and do it again until he is low enough in health (~2/3). Now Sleep him, drink your Ether and/or elixir and unleash Chainspell. Bind him and Aero3 him to death. When your mp gets low, Sleep2, Stoneskin and Blink if you have the mp, Convert, Cure4, Bind and spam Aero3 again.

Congratulations! If none of your spells are resisted, you should be victorious by now. Just don't take your time too much or he'll start to spam Asuran Fist.

Maat is really easy... just cast Gravity and kite his ass around. As long as you keep blink / stoneskin up you should be fine.

P.S. Enf. Torque / Dark Staff / Wind Staff make the fight a lot easier.

Thanks for the info, I'll be sure to wait for windsday and trying that out, not to sure about kiting him. cause ieverytime I give him a chance chance to breath he uses either chainspell or asuran fists

Haha, I was just kidding about Gravity =P It's just a theory I have ; ; The good news is you can fight maat again after you beat him. I have to give my theory a try one day. Anyway, below is a post I made after I beat him.
