Would anyone be interested in trying to set up a large (60+ participants) Ballista match sometime?

My plan would be to do a level 60 cap to start (since not all of the people I'd like to invite are 75) Could try to organize it to be some LS versus another LS to have some fun sometime.

I want to come, should do a no cap though, people don't want to buy new gear just to do a ballista, the rules of the game are set so high levels have an auto-damage adjuster to do less damage to low levels so it will still be fun. :D

Not everyone who goes to these matches are even above 60.

I've been to uncapped matches with like level 58 and I see them get singled out...

I think 60 would work. Just wear AF, it's a friendly competiton, not a dick measuring contest. Gear shouldn't be an issue.

Dying loses the Ballista match for your entire team.

You have no idea how much of a handicap you are when you goto a Ballista match at like level 60 in an uncapped match against 75, lol. You think you're "just to low" to make a difference, but in reality, you're an easy 20-50 points for the enemy team.

Yeah no joke considering most in the general vicinity get GB , and if they all have petras....

btw someone get me an arete del sol, or let me try it out for ballista... haha

I'm thinking about setting this up for sometime this weekend. Saturday maybe?

Probably around 7-8PM EST (or whenever the soonest Ballista 60cap is around there) I'll have to try to get a schedule or something.

I would love to something like this. Every time I go out to play ballista, it seems to always get canceled ; ;. So if you need a 60RDM/BLM send me a tell in game or w/e. I always ssem to run into you anyway :P

I'm really not going to exclude anyone who wants to come.

This is open to anyone with a level 55+ job or whatever. Hell, if you want to bring a level 20, I don't really care. I've played a couple times and i think it would be a heck of a lot more fun killing people I know that just random people who happen to want to play at the same time. Also, if we get a bunch of people to come, say... 30. And they all have a ton of fun, we could make it a weekly thing, and maybe try to get participation up to Dynamis Levels, with 70ish people showing up for 35 x 35 matches.

Wow that would be son fun lol. Ive watched a like 7 on 7 match once and it lokked soooo fun. I can only imagine what a 35 on 35 would look like.. . Well, I have an idea of what it would look like.. x.x O.x

I don't know anything about the scheduling of Ballista, can i find out when there will be one days in advance on the webpage somewhere? I think they used to have the schedule up in the announcements, but i havn't seen it recently.

i'll come... but as for lvl 60 cap i really dont wanna buy new equip for that, i mostlly do lvl 75 (with RDM) and 40 (with SMN for the moment) but yea.. i might come for 60 though
