my growth is already gimped. im only 5'4 and thats really short for a 15 yr old, damn coffee and this pill i was taking for like 3 years for my ADD.

im 14 and im 5'10" 180 and i've been working out for a year ><

grown like 5 inches last year too irl

It messes with the growth in your muscles and SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY fucks them up in the long run.

It doesn't stunt your growth or fuck up your muscles. Working out will only fuck you up if you combine it with steroids. The stunting growth thing is just a myth.
