after alota drama and shit and not making the school "battle of the bands" we kinda jes quit.

but a couple of weeks ago we got invited to play at big fish pub in arizona, we got the band back together and started practicing, here is a video of one of our songs at our first show.

though u might not like the style of music, or u may think we jes suck, but i am proud of what we have done, and im proud of our scream

though it may sound like screaming is easy, its not. more than half of screamers in bands sound like shit live. (underoath)

chris and i however sounded half decent live at this show. check it out and tell me what you think... i really dont care what you say, i was jes wondering who has the same taste in music as me and i had to post this video somewhere.

lol actually, i was the one screaming in that one guys... i play backup vocals, and chris plays main vocals, but i wrote that song so chris let me take lead scream in that one ^^

by the way, I've never been much for screaming...but thats definitatly some of the best I have heard in a while

The music was good, I liked the guitar on it. But I lost interest halfway through the song though. lol Screaming takes alot out of the "singer" and makes the song kinda like, "blah." Reason most bands who have alot of screaming in them sound like shit live is that their voices are worn out after a year or two of doing gigs like that and they save them for the studio. Group has alot of potential though, if you can get some actual singing in there.

we have 5 ppl and 3 groupies, thats not to much... haha and rein if i could actually sing, i would. thats what chris is for though, ill have to get some more footage of our other songs, we do have some singing, but i think there is more screaming than singing.

Rein, in the world of metalcore/hardcore singing is pretty much non existant, many screamers can sing, they just choose not to, because if they did they would lose a lot of there hardcore fans and be labeled differently, which they don't want to do.

i'm eager to see this video, host it somewhere else or something.

I always thought metal was all over the place and that the artists didn't just try and please their fans. Shows how much I know about metal

Metal and Metalcore are actually very different, metalcore really just has the elements of the heavy guitars, the lyrics are much different and such.
