Anyone ever watch this anime? By far its one of my favorite animes now. The story is amazing and the music is great too. I was just awe struck by it.

Zanshi and Kodoku are amazing songs too. Im trying to find sheet music for them right now for piano but I cant find any. Damn you google! :evil:

The anime is kinda lame compared to the manga for FMA. It totally diverts from the manga to the point where things get silly. lol

Manga and the actual Anime are always different. Take Hellsing for example. I enjoy the Manga a lot but I still love the anime too. I just wish they made the anime longer to follow the manga.

Normally all anime dont compare to the manga.

yea me too, FMA is in my top anime list along with cowboy beebop hehe. I really hate the translated version though, i cant even watch it without throwing up.

I didnt find the translation for Bebop that bad. Or are you talking about FMA? Cause yeah I cant stand watching that on Adult Swim. Omg it hurts my brain!. Another good anime is Samurai Champloo. Dont let the opening song fool you though. Its really good. (the opening song sucks horrible horrible ass)

Translation always suck. Some less than other, but I prefer to hear the original cast no matter what language it is.

another show/movie i really though kicked ass was ghost in the shell [stand alone complex]... even though every episode jes kinda throws you off of the story line, i loved it mainly because of the visual effects and jes somthing about it was really well done... but the thing that tops it all off, is the opening theme.. omfg!!!

since were talking about anime, i want some opinions.

i really like cowboybebop, and i have the whole series and the movie on DVD, (i also have serial experiments lain) i want to start collecting another anime on disk, does anyone have any suggestions on what to get? i went to best buy and i took one look at the shelf and left the store. there were to many to pick from and i did not know where to start.

robbin! i loved that show, well i only saw like the first half of the series, i never saw any of the newer ones, and OMG! read or die, im getting that, gotta add that to my list. (i saw that on adult swim once and never knew what it was called lol) i liked nancy. she was all swift and stuff, and then she got amnesia. stupid bitch

I hear Technolyze is pretty freakin' crazy, haven't seen the show though. They aired the Read or Die Original Video Animation (OVA) on Cartoon Network, but a 26 episode series has also been produced that picked up where the OVA left off.

Trigun is excellent as is Hellsing. Escaflowne is a good one (series was good, movie was, eh), but is getting a little aged. I also enjoyed Last Exile, however, some people are so-so about it. Neon Genesis Evangelion is an essential viewling, although many are sick of it. FLCL (Fooly Cooly) also made by Gainax is totally crazy and an interesting show.

Azumanga Daioh is a fantastic series. Samurai Champloo is also fantastic.

I haven't seen many of the episodes. The story follows three 'sisters' who're all crazy paper manipulators like the heroine of the OVA. The series does look interesting, except some of the episodes I watched were ... either sorta unusual or sorta slow. If you liked the OVA I'd definitly recommend giving the series at least a preview though.

Video girl Ai isnt hentai lol. Its a really good anime.

I dont think R.O.D the series is as good as the OVA really.

And technolyze is crazy. First episode doenst have any words spoken for 15mins at least. Its such an awesome anime. Im waiting for the new season of Samurai Champloo to come out.


If you want hentai get La blue girl lol. Thats sooooo fucked up I was laughing my ass off and then just turned it off cause it was wasting my time.
