Well I am making another one of those descions thats going to impact my life and the way I live it.

As you all know I started an internship to help me increase my skills in the finance arena (my major at school). Well I was finding it difficult to manage a full time job, full time school and part time internship and still having a modest social life.

So after having a really long talk with my parents we feel it is the best that I quit my job. My job is totally cool but it isnt something that I plan on doing for the rest of my life as to where finance is going to be my life.

After discussing everything it really makes sence cause I really dont need a job. I can get on on my own but I am now going to go 100% into school work and my internship. I graduate next year and then I get plummeted into "the real world." I know its not a huge deal to you all, just thought I would post before class =P.

As long as you keep your eye on the goal and make sure all your choices are going to affect this goal in a positive way, youre set.

thats what I try and do. I dont do it well all the time, but after 2 months im already well on my way.

same here, but I only got a part time job besides my study... hmm maybe I should work more on my study :P

I'd quit the job and focus on what you want to do after you graduate. Fun jobs come and go, but good chances don't come as often. Just accept the fact you will be poor for a while, its not really a hard thing to do.
