Anime cons are so hilarious

I know, I ordered mine, it will be coming soon. The costume is actually incomplete...I need to cut and hem the edges, put the green edging around the neck and sleeves, and put the black circle things on the back and shoulders....and of course, the Hitai Ate (Forehead Protector) He keeps pinned on his left sleeve.

After that, all will be well.

I notice Vivit is going to be cosplaying female character in october.... I personally think he needs to gain about 50-75 pounds though before he can truly qualify as bad cosplay.

btw... doesn't videl just wear like t shirt and like bike shorts... assuming you'd do the long haired verision ( andn not like GT or similair garbage)... I mean the big accessory is orange star school badge...

Actually...technically...I'm doing the Budokai 2 Version of that costume, with full length pants rather than the bike shorts, I'm worried if I did the bike shorts, I would look too much like Man-Videl (See Man-Faye)

But yeah, I'm a decent size right now, gotta lose a few more pounds to truely look like the scrawny anime guys, but whatever...if I ever get fat, I'll cosplay fat people. Chouji anyone? MEATU TANKU!!

He doesn't exactly have a lot of competition...

I can think of maybe 2 other fat people in anime off the top of my head.

That fat guy in Hokuto No Ken/fist of the north star who dies in one episode.

And Um... well there's a couple stocky ninjas and stuff in flame of Recca iirc...

And Tenjou Tenge had the one fat chick... but she looks skinny most of the time.

haha...I'm sure theres more than that, but when I think about it, I can't really think of anyone else...like, nobody main anyway.

Chouji is awesome either way, even when he's not fat anymore.

Feh, Chouji is on the same team as Shikamaru, and Shikamaru is awesome, hes the Chuunin, so Chouji gets points just for being him, and Shikamaru gets points for me cosplaying him *laughs*

Viviti after you dress up what exactly do you do?

Just, walk around with friends at the conventions, have fun.

Sometimes we stay in costume and leave the convention to go out for food...it's always interesting to see a group of ninjas walk into a restaraunt, haha.

I'm not like one of the people who are always in costume outside of cons and stuff, like, the people who cosplay every single day, and to work and stuff, I could never do that, thats a bit weird, even for me, but at a convention surrounding, its fun just to walk around a hotel as a ninja or whatever I am at the time, get my picture taken, etc.

I've even made good friends with voice actors and artists at cons, and have even stepped in to help them out as an extra in live action stuff and have done a few backround voices in a few animes. It's a really interesting field and I would love to get paid doing it proffesionally some day, haha.
