Whats your all time favorite anime? List your reasons too :D



Mine would be Full Metal Alchemist.

Its one of the very few animes that had me on the edge of my seat and guessing what would happen. The music and characters we superb also. I loved pretty much every episode of it. It also had more then 12 episodes and I find that most of the time anime starts to run dry at that point but not this one. I always got shivers at some of the scenes and the ending was great and totally unexpected.

i used to like Inuyasha alot, but now its just draggin on almost as much as DBZ did its never going to end....

Still not sure which one I prefered. I would pick something between Full metal alchemist, Trigun, Evangelion or Escaflowne. FMA being the last one I watched and liked probably get my first pick too.



Slayers and Full metal panic also deserve an award for making me laugh the most.

Bleach/Naruto are pretty dead on. And Berserk, now there is some creepy shit. And I should say I prefer the manga to the anime in almost all the instances. FMA manga is pretty neat, and the anime kinda.. falls short in terms of plot. At one point the anime and manga plots totally diverge from each other.

Hunter x Hunter (and yeah.. I like the Manga better than the anime, but the anime is good none the less ^^ /em hails to Yoshihiro Togashi sensai)

my old time favorites are stuff liek DBZ NGE, Berserk.

more recently I've liked GANTZ, Ganktsuou, BECK ( I liked the manga better, but I like the anime concept too. even if the music is kinda bad) and the more recent episodes of Bleach ( I didn't like it at first but its grown on me). I actually am not a fan of most of the serious/dark/dramatic anime series but the oens i listed were jsut well done.

School Rumble is shaping up to be a nice comedy series. I like the format a lot. it appeals to me in the same way Ranma 1/2 and Azumanga daioh did back in the day, but the 3 part format keeps the episodes fresher imo.


other anime I liekd a lot for no good reason include. peace maker kurogane ( shame it wa sonly a season), elfen lied, Azumanga Daioh.


And the one anime I watched and liked but would never admit to would be Intial D

Is that the one with the kid in junior high surrounded by delinquents? Like Johnny Fireball #7 and the robot head of class 3.

Gundam Wing isn't only a good anime but a good show I think. I liked it on Toonami in like 5th grade but I'm SURE I would watch it again.

I am watching naruto atm. I like it so far (I like the end theme too ^^;;;)

The characters and the way the story turns at the middle make Witch Hunter Robin really great. Finding out who Robin is and such and what Amon's role is. Dont let the 1st 4-6 ep's bring it down they seem to just be a slight build up to the story with those episode's focusing around hunting witches and little clues are given in each one as to what Orbo truly is.
