woke up at 6
got ready at 6:30ish ( we spose to reave @ 7)
my uncle says I'm omw @ 7:05
... we wait 1hr -_- till he comes (he lives like 5mins away)
8:15ish we got on interstate -> traffic jam irl =_=
uncle bitches OMG OMG WHY TRAFFIC JAMMMMMMM
Me+bro-> ... idiot its 8 friggen rush hour
dad-> dont carr him idiot thats your uncre brah brah how you feer if you was him
so me and bro sleep rest of the ride
9:12 -> I woke up to my uncre's bitching of parking spots
9:30ish finaly found 1
we go in there go to 8th floor guy @ office says pictures t00 big we gotta go retake them on 12 floor
we go to 12 floor take pic blah blah come down (me + bro pissed cuz we wasted $$ on the pics that was t00 big)
10:00ish our #s are carred, we fill in some forms.. and we wait again..
10:27 our turn to be finger printed !!! yaaaaaaa...
turns out pplz messed up abit on our forms.. (i didnt have my engrish name on the back and my bro's chinese name was spelled wrong)
so we get to wait more!!!
11:00 ish . . . . . . we finaly get carred in to finger print again with right forms that they fixed and stuff
my bro took like 15mins...
me... my finger print thingy took like 30mins =_=
o and when your done getting your fingerprints recorded they give you this gooy stuff to get the ink off... that was NOT the first time i had gooy stuff on my hand in my life nor will it be the last :P
finally -_-; we get to go home @ near 12ish and i sleep on the way home
lesson that i learned tuesday -> Bring stuff to do when your gonna go deal w/ teh srowgaVI goverment

i am in honors english and with all of the broken rules in our language. i have the hardest time with spelling and my vocabulary is not very big

Really English is pretty simple if you keep it to the basics.

The reason people make it out to be so hard is because there's no consistency in sentence structure like most other languages which confuses people who were taught specific sentence patterns. Think of a sentence and how many ways you can convey the same message just by mixing the words up and adding punctuation.

I also believe the english language has more colloquial terms than any other languages; not to mention even these terms having multiple meanings.

Gonna rip this off something I read a while back.

Think of the phrase "turn on." In any other language it would mean like "Turn on a lightswitch" or something similar. In English it's either that or something stimulating or interesting.

I'd laugh if I ever saw someone say "You turn me on" to someone who was from another country. haha

If a person can keep it simple, it's no different than any of the romantic languages. I've studied french since I was in 7th grade, and the setence structure in the language is very subject>predicate heavy- like any simple sentence in English.
