The following is a list of just a few of the changes that await our adventurers!

1. Mining/Harvesting Expansions
New items can soon be found in Newton Movalpolos, Giddeus, and West Sarutabaruta.

2. New Quests
Numerous new quests will be available in Tavnazia, Jeuno, and other familiar locations.

3. Marble Bridge Coaster
When in possession of this special item, a message will automatically inform players whether or not they have access to the Marble Bridge Tavern in Upper Jeuno.

4. New Relics
The veil is about to be lifted on several new pieces of relic-style armor.

What exactly does this mean?

It says "relic-style armor", and before people jump up at that, something to take note of: AF2 is not "Relic Armor", relic refers only to the weapons.

So "relic-style armor" would be Armor you have to upgrade to make it useful?

Perhaps we will get something like "Abjuration" from HNMs in sea, but instead of getting a piece of paper to uncurse armor, you actually get the armor itself drop, except its crappy and has no stats. Until you upgrade it somehow that is...

I'm kinda hoping for some kinda Cursed/Paladin's shield type deal now, lol.

Sound pretty cool, s long it's not something impossible like weapon.


NM in sea is likely, the whole al'thaiu city is coming from the past, so maybe you are just gonna loot relic there.

Interesting...

If it is some kind of upgrading deal. I hope it's not as severe as those relic weapons. I just hate the idea of all the stuff required to upgrade those things.

Agreed, the Marble Bridge Tavern sucks, I only went in their for that stupid quest where you collect signatures for the petition to save the Clock Tower. Why would I care if I had access? There's like two NPCs there, and nothing special.

its that bar in upper jeuno where you have to be a certain job to enter even tho theres nothing worth doing inside it and the shop has nothing good to sell

This is my first post. anyway...
Maybe the the marble bridge place will have something to do with upgrading the new relic armour. like you have to talk to an NPC there to upgrade it... just a thought. I don't see why SE would waste their time making the coaster thing unles theres a reason.
