I went to the gym a few days ago, I used to go about a year ago but I figur4ed id start going again to keep myself busy in throughout the summer. Well I worked on my arms and shoulders for about 1 hour. I went home and relaxed and I had to work that night. (I work midnights by the way, unloading transports). So I went into work and since my job consists of heaby lifting and moving it was basically like working out again. Needless to say I can barely move my arms today without them hurting really bad.

Am I pretty much screwed with this job? As in, is it always going to be like this? I would prefer to go to the gym, but I can't if I won't be able to move the next day =/

It will get better and eventually you will reach a point where you wont really get all that sore. One big think is to get some Amino acid supliments. They help repair your muscels. Working out and lifting heavy objects actually rips your muscles and thats how the get bigger. Thats why your sore. Aminos help a whole lot. I used to take them right before i went to the gym.
